Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Fox & Boo purchase. If something isn’t right, the policy below explains your rights and how returns are handled.


Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please email us at foxandboo@icloud.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your order number.

Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) within a further 14 days.


Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in suitable packaging

  • Include all original contents (including envelopes and packaging)

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and checked:

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days

Where you cancel an order under your statutory rights, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge.

We may deduct an amount from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs where possible.

In these cases:

  • We will cover return postage where appropriate

  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Digital downloads

  • Items returned outside the stated timeframes


Tracked Delivery & Lost Items

Where tracked delivery is used, delivery is deemed to have taken place once the tracking status confirms delivery. If you believe your order has not arrived despite tracking confirmation, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.


Wholesale Orders

Returns for wholesale or trade orders are governed by our separate Wholesale Terms & Conditions and are not covered by this policy.
